1. Arrive no later than 10:40AM.
2. Greet or recruit someone to greet people as they enter.
3. Ring or have someone ring the bell eleven times at 10:55AM.
4. Recruit ushers to take up the offering.
5. Count the number of people in worship and record it on the pad at the door in the narthex.
6. After the service, pick up the used bulletins and paper from the pews and discard.
7. Take up the friendship pad sheets, make sure they have the correct date, and put them in the secretary’s box.
8. Lock the church after the service and turn out the lights.
