The mission of historic First Presbyterian Church is to empower the community to be Christ's disciples.    

Worship Service: Sunday 10:55 AM   Blended Traditional Service

A nursery is provided for children through pre-school age during worship services. Children are welcome to worship with their parents in the sanctuary and share in A Time with the Children.  Children's Church (a children's program of worship for 1st through 5th graders) is held following the children’s message on the 2nd and 3rd Sundays of every month.

Coffee/tea fellowship follows the morning service in the 2nd floor fellowship parlor.

First Presbyterian Church welcomes everyone to attend our worship services or to be involved in our ministry opportunities.

 We have an extensive music ministry which includes:  chancel choir, MAD Kidz (music and drama), hand chime choir, dulcimer choir, and recorder choir.

We have an active prayer shawl ministry, Ministers of Compassion, a summer reading program, Life Line (in the planning stages) and Prayer Warriors.

In addition, many of our members are active in supporting ministries in the community such as Habitat for Humanity, Amen House, and Meals on Wheels, just to name a few.
